New Dynamic Strength Classes Added To The Rebuild Schedule

 If you feel like you’ve plateaued in your lifting movements, Rebuild Health & Fitness has good news. Rebuild will be launching new a Dynamic Strength class on Thursdays at 5:30pm which will be replacing the Capacity classes. Dynamic Strength classes will be framed around building a stronger foundation of the three big lifts: squats, benching & deadlifts. This class will help members build on fundamental movements, increase their existing numbers, lifting heavier weights in other classes as well as building good foundations. It will be coached by Darius Holliday-Miller, who specialises in sport performance and strength movements, with nearly 10 years’ experience in the fitness industry. The classes will not have a met-con or WOD component, they will be solely focused on proper lifting and moving, this will enable coaching to focus on specific movements and allow members to hone in on the movement per week. Exercises during the class will range from basic movements, pushing, pulling and squatting, which will help with building strength and stamina over time. Each class will vary movements, teaching members how to execute lifts effectively as well as gymnastic movements and accessory work. It will also help with aesthetics and muscle-building. If you want to take your lifting and moving to a new level, this is the class for you.
