Ariana Hira
Ariana has a love of rugby and played for the Black Ferns New Zealand 7s Rugby Oceania debut in 2018, as well as for the Australian Wallaroos, Queensland Reds and International Barbarians all as a rugby union representative.“Since the age of 16, I have witnessed firsthand the transformative power of a high-performance culture and how it positively impacts all aspects of life,’ she says. “I am deeply committed to helping people cultivate lifestyle habits that lead to success and personal growth.”
Ariana says she loves helping people find happiness in their health. “My passion lies in empowering individuals not just through health and fitness, but from a holistic perspective,” she says.
“By nurturing their growth and development, I strive to help people improve not just their physical health, but their overall well-being. Ultimately, I am dedicated to guiding others on their journey toward becoming better individuals, recognising that health and fitness is a vital pillar in that process.”
When she’s not on the gym floor or the rugby field, you’ll find Ariana spending time with her family or at the beach.
