Hosted by Rebuild Health and Fitness owners and qualified coaches, James Batey and Sean Carroll, each week the guys discuss health issues, nutrition, training ethos, interesting stories, sports psychology, and much more.
The podcast aims to simplify complex issues, the same strategy employed by Rebuild Health and Fitness gym, which is located in Wynnum West.
Episodes so far have explored supplements - which ones work and which ones are a total crock of shit, how your sleep patterns are hijacking your health results, how your menstrual cycle affects your training and health, the state of the dieting industry, things we've said and things we've changed our minds on as health professionals, pain management and mistakes we see in the gym.
